- Your Enrolment Code, which can be found on your Placement Form, will be REQUIRED by this system.
- Your admission is INCOMPLETE without your Enrolment Code.

Parents are to make available the following documents when reporting to the school:
- Placement Form
- Result Slip
- Enrollment Form
- Admission Letter
- Person Record Form
- Two (2) recent passport size photographs
